Is VRF better than split ACs for my building?
For buildings with many rooms, VRF usually costs less to run, looks cleaner and gives central control. For one or two rooms, splits or cassettes may be more economical. We advise honestly after a site survey.
Do you do the heat-load calculation and design?
Yes. Our design team prepares heat load, equipment selection, piping and layout drawings, and a BOQ with the quote.
Can VRF be added to an occupied building?
Yes. VRF needs only small refrigerant pipes, so it suits retrofits and phased installation.
Do you provide AMC after installation?
Yes. BNE offers comprehensive and non-comprehensive AMC plans with OEM-trained engineers.
