4-Way or 1-Way cassette – which should I choose?
Choose 4-Way for square rooms and open areas, and 1-Way for narrow rooms, cabins and corridors. We confirm on site.
What ceiling height do I need?
Cassettes fit in a standard false ceiling. Our engineer checks the void depth and drain route during the survey.
Is copper piping included?
Standard piping is included in the installation quote; any extra length is quoted clearly upfront.
Can you supply multiple units for a whole office?
Yes. We regularly execute multi-unit office projects and can also propose VRF if it suits better.
